Initiate Your Request
Log into your Unplugged account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack With Care
Place the item in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect your device for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
